Remodelling of mid terrace property to include new Basement floor. Project difficult to get through planning due to local opposition but achieved through appeal process. Joint venture with adjoining owner to achieve butterfly roof onto party wall at ground level. All working drawings and tenders obtained with project commencing October 2006. We provided the full service from inception to completion.
