Hornsey Lane

This project involved the complete refurbishment of an existing 2-storey terraced dwelling in Hornsey Lane, London. It includes a new loft conversion, a new Ground Floor rear extension and new landscaped rear garden. The rear extension is clad in standing seam horizontal zinc cladding. There is a roof terrace over this with frameless glass guarding. This looks out over the beautifully landscaped gardens. There is a floating porelain tiled patio area to the rear which is level with the floor inside and is accessed by slimline glass sliding doors. Stepped granite paved areas lead you to the end of the garden which is finished off with a polished concrete water feature.
